Delivery and Returns
Everything you need to know about delivery and returns for orders from the Souza shop.
UK Shipping
All items to UK addresses will be posted out via Evri Tracked service with a flat rate of £4.50.

In stock items will be posted within 3-5 business days.

Bespoke/custom orders may take 4-6 weeks to make and will be shipped as soon as possible.
International Shipping
All items to non-UK addresses will be posted out via Evri Tracked service and the price will depend on weight.

1-5kg - £25
5kg+ - £45

You may have to pay additional fees for duty/VAT/Freight.

Returns
We hope you love your order but if you have any problems or would like to return an item, please get in touch at hellogracesds@gmail.com. Certain items such as custom orders are unfortunately non-returnable.

Packaging
Our packaging is as sustainable as possible. Bubble wrap is biodecradible and where possible, we will use paper and cardboard. Please note, recycled packaging will sometimes be used.
